BASIC BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
Amela Isanović was born in Zvornik in 1973. The war found her studying in Tuzla, where she remained until the end of the war. In 1996, she graduated from the Pedagogical Academy in Tuzla, Department of Bosnian Language and Literature. In 2011, she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Tuzla, and earned the title of professor of Bosnian language and literature. In March 2014, she obtained a master's degree after completing the second cycle of studies in the field and history of the Bosnian language.
During her 30-year working experience, she published 3 professional books for teachers, pedagogues and therapists on the application of puppetry. He invests great energy and love in the promotion of the Bosnian language, literature and Bosnia. For this activism and creativity, she received the Super Woman award (in 2016).
Since October 2016, he has been living in Gothenburg, where he teaches Bosnian language in Swedish primary and secondary schools (as a native and modern/elective subject) and where he equally actively and actively works to initiate various activities that promote the truth about events in Bosnia and Herzegovina, justice and knowledge.
He writes and implements projects that involve exchange of students from Sweden, the diaspora and the homeland. He writes columns and short puppet scenarios that he turns into video clips.
Married and mother of two adult children.
