Senate

1. The Senate is an expert and advisory body constituted by an act of the Assembly for a period of four years.

2. The role of the Senate is to determine the strategy, take positions, give proposals and opinions to the bodies of the Association on issues of national importance for the Bosniak people.

3. The Senate has 33 members who are elected and dismissed by the Assembly from among its members on the proposal of the Election and Appointment Commission.

4. Senate sessions are held as needed, at least twice a year.

5. Senate sessions are chaired by the President of the Association.
