Officials from Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Slovakia and Slovenia have voiced support for BiH on the road to European integration
On the sidelines of the NATO ministerial meeting, officials from Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Slovakia and Slovenia expressed support for BiH on the road to European integration. "We stand ready to ensure continued political, technical and financial support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in undertaking key reforms during the process. We emphasize once again that enlargement is not a choice between candidate countries, but our common strategic interest that will bring much-needed stability and security to the European continent," the foreign ministers of the six countries said.
BiH is still waiting for an official date for the start of negotiations with the European Union. Several countries are lobbying to open negotiations with our country in December, while on the other hand there are several countries, such as Germany or the Netherlands that are not in favor of this option. In the final, the door for the start of negotiations is open until March next year, by which time BiH should meet all the conditions required of it, primarily the adoption of the law from the list of 14 priorities.
