"We will defend the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina with all available legal, political, diplomatic and other legal means in accordance with national and international law. Those who thought it was possible to build a state on the internationally recognized state territory of BiH ended up as war criminals with life sentences," Denis Bećirović, a member of the BiH Presidency, told the media on the occasion of November 25, BiH Statehood Day.
Bećirović also stated that Milorad Dodik and his mentors must know that the fundamental determination of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of BiH is that all political and other factors are committed to the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of BiH in accordance with international law. "BiH is a natural, historical, legal and political fact that has lasted for more than a thousand years. Entities in the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina are neither historical nor natural facts. Their origin in the state of BiH was described in detail by the courts of the United Nations in their judgments," he said.
