The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska has banned the celebration of BiH Statehood Day in Banja Luka, scheduled for November 25. "On the basis of all collected information and checks, the police officers of PU Banja Luka came to know that on November 25, a large gathering of citizens is being prepared in Banja Luka, which will prevent the holding of the ceremonial academy at all costs. Considering that there is a real danger that the holding of the gathering would endanger the safety of people and property, or that there would be a serious risk of violence or disruption of order and peace on a larger scale, the PU Banja Luka decided to ban the event," the MUP RS explained.
