All of us who carry Bosnia and Herzegovina in our hearts celebrate this holiday as a holiday of unity, determination and faith in togetherness. On this day 29 years ago, the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina resolutely stood by their homeland and confirmed its independence as an indivisible state with equal rights for all nations and nationalities, men and women who live in it..
That is why it is our eternal obligation to do everything in order to preserve the values that we fought for on this very day, we owe it to generations of Bosnians-Bosniaks to come. We are telling Bosnians, who see Bosnia and Herzegovina as their homeland, to continue building their country wherever they are. It is our obligation to create a better Bosnia and Herzegovina that will be wide enough for everyone who loves it.
