The World Bosniak Congress (SBK) supports, but conditionally, the latest decisions of the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, the association announced.
"The support is complete if it turns out that the blockades have really been disabled. If new decisions harmonize issues of vital national interests with EU values, if the Council of Peoples of the RS brings symmetry and regulates the status of state property in accordance with normal legal, state and NATO standards", quote is from the announcement.
They believe that the decisions do not contradict the European way
Declaratively, they believe that the decisions of the high representative do not contradict the European and NATO path.
"The World Bosniak Congress believes that the path towards the EU and NATO implies constant movement. This is the opposite of the many years of imposed stagnation and blockade of BiH institutions. BiH without concrete and more decisive steps forward, towards NATO and Euro-Atlantic integration, represents an immovable target.
Schmidt's decisions related to amendments to the Electoral Law reduce the possibility of blocking the state and institutions.
At the same time, the decision was officially supported by the United States of America and Great Britain, noting that BiH is necessary.
Therefore, the United States and Great Britain support our path towards NATO and the decisions of the high representative," the World Bosniak Congress also states.
That association supports the membership of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the NATO alliance "and extends its support to the decisions of the high representative because Bosnia and Herzegovina must move towards NATO".
The goal of continuous attempts to "freeze" the state and its institutions is to disable the functionality of the political system and to present the state as "impossible".

The determination of the USA and Great Britain to reduce Russian and other external influences in favor of BiH's sovereignty and its movement towards Euro-Atlantic associations is part of the new plan. This is supported by the World Bosniak Congress under the already highlighted suspension condition, this association states.
