The announcement by supporters of Milorad Dodik that in support of their leader they will take an inter-entity line is one of the final stages of his dissolution policy and is a bare image of the internal division of Bosnia and Herzegovina, imposed by the Dayton Peace Agreement.
Ruling in "his" entity as an associated Russian governorate, and not a part of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dodik does not hide in words or actions that he would most like Bosnia and Herzegovina to not exist. And at the same time, he is showering the West with Russophobia,
It is a fact that the representatives of the RS in government at the state level live on the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina, receive salaries from Bosnia and Herzegovina and at the same time block decisions that would stop anti-constitutional actions.
The ruling groups should decisively and urgently temporarily (until the return to the constitutional framework) DEROGATE FROM POWER AND SUSPEND FUNDING to all representatives of the RS at the state level. From ordinary monthly salaries, to allocations for various projects and other needs. Because, in the world, there is simply no country that finances its demolition workers.
On the other hand, acting only reactively to Dodik's moves, and not taking a statesmanship and putting him where he belongs, the pro-Bosnian ruling parties are also losing credibility with the citizens, who have brought them into a situation where they only wonder if one morning wake up with Serbian barricades in front of the door. Whereby, those on the barricades would probably be paid from the BiH budget. Because of this, the SBK believes that the possibility of decision-making in state institutions and agencies should be suspended for those who are destroying Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina downwards, until they return to the Constitutional system of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
