The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik will appear in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today
President of Republika Srpska and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik will appear in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, according to the confirmed indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the "Ukaz" affair. The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina accused Dodik and Miloš Lukić, director of the "Official Gazette of the RS", for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt.
In case he wanted to ask for a postponement, Dodik or his legal team had to submit a request to the Court. As this did not happen, it is assumed that Dodik will appear in the courtroom. His failure to appear would mean the issuance of a warrant and a request for detention.
The trial of Dodik arouses public interest. According to the media, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has received hundreds of requests from numerous associations to attend the hearing.
