SBK "World Bosniak Congress" DOES NOT ACCEPT that Croatia participates in military missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on whose territory it not so long ago participated in JCE "Joint Criminal Enterprise". The SBK would consider such participation as a direct attempt to continue the joint criminal enterprise by other means and methods.

We believe that such an attempt is designed to invalidate the judgments of the Hague Tribunal, relativize the concept of international justice in international relations and relativize the crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. And certainly, to enable Croatia to expand its political and military influence over Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs asked the Secretary General of NATO to enable the participation of the military formations of the Republic of Croatia in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Croatian side cynically hid its intentions to expand its influence behind a falsely acceptable glossary: "principled position", "openness to all allies", "inherent right", "collective defense", "constructive and calm approach". We believe that such a dictionary borders on hypocrisy and hypocrisy.
Would the zones around Ahmić, Dretelje, Heliodrom, Prozor, and therefore Mostar itself, be the place of action and stationing of Croatian forces? Would the action be neutral, impartial and professional? Would members of the Croatian military be adequately informed about the details of the joint criminal enterprise and the crimes committed?
Also, it should be noted that the support given by the SNSD to this idea from Zagreb is completely clear to us: the Croatian military column - we could also call it the "fifth column" - would increase the current pressure on the tripartite division of Bosnia and Herzegovina and contribute extremely negatively to the "production of awareness about of such necessity". Minimizing and relativizing the judgments of the Tribunal and its international role, importance and reputation are certainly the constant goal of the separatist and pro-Russian forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We are faced with a direct attack on international law and the International Court of Justice, with an attempt to destroy international principles and belittle international judgments. A vile attack on BiH sovereignty is underway, which is leading the region in the direction of destruction and immediate threat to peace. We are faced with the old Russian doctrine of limited sovereignty. What are they doing at this critical international moment of the Russian doctrine among the Hrat political elite and why are they trying to apply it towards Bosnia and Herzegovina should be asked official Zagreb. And NATO leaders should ask them that question.
